I'm not sure whether you can retrofit the entire set but I got a quote from BMW dealership for just the strip of lights on the door and that was around $700 Canadian dollars. My 330 doesn't have ambient lighting either. The parts are available but I'm not sure whether the door has the connector for the lighting.
